1. Delivery Rates All domestic orders are delivered free of charge via our courier partner.

2. Courier Partner All orders are dispatched and tracked using The Courier Guy.

3. Delivery Schedule Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Our couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

4. Dispatch Timeline Once your order is confirmed and stock is received from our supplier, we aim to pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours.

5. Estimated Delivery Timelines All products are sourced directly from our supplier warehouses upon payment confirmation.

In Stock at Supplier: 5–10 working days Out of Stock at Supplier: 10–20 working days

6. Supplier Delays For out-of-stock items, we will immediately request an ETA from our supplier and keep you updated. Unexpected delays due to global manufacturing or logistics conditions may occasionally occur beyond our control.
