Thank you for shopping with Foto Digital World. We are an online-only retailer delivering nationwide across South Africa. Please review our shipping guidelines and delivery timelines below.
1. Delivery Rates
All domestic orders are delivered free of charge. We do not charge shipping fees on any order.
2. Courier Partner
All orders are dispatched and tracked using The Courier Guy, one of South Africa's leading courier networks.
3. Delivery Schedule
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Our couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
4. Dispatch Timeline
All products are sourced directly from our supplier warehouses upon payment confirmation. Once your order is confirmed and stock is received from our supplier, we aim to pack and dispatch your order within 24 hours.
5. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- In stock at supplier: 5–10 working days from order confirmation
- Out of stock at supplier: 10–20 working days from order confirmation
6. Supplier Delays
For out-of-stock items, we will immediately request an ETA from our supplier and keep you updated via email. Unexpected delays due to global manufacturing or logistics conditions may occasionally occur beyond our control.
7. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery through The Courier Guy's tracking portal.
8. Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your shipment shows no tracking updates and appears permanently delayed, please refer to our Refund Policy for lost-in-transit claim procedures.
