Welcome to Foto Digital World. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Foto Digital World is an online-only retailer based in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa. We do not operate a physical walk-in store or collection point. All orders are placed and managed exclusively through our website at www.fotodigitalworld.co.za.

1. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order where pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or fraudulent activity are detected. In the event of a material pricing error, we will notify you before processing and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

2. Delivery & Fulfilment

We partner with The Courier Guy to fulfil all deliveries nationwide across South Africa. As an online-only retailer, all stock is held at our supplier warehouse — no walk-in collection is available.

  • Delivery charges: All domestic orders are delivered free of charge.
  • Delivery schedule: Monday to Friday during standard business hours. No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
  • Dispatch timeline: Once stock is received from our supplier, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours.
  • In stock at supplier: 5–10 working days.
  • Out of stock at supplier: 10–20 working days.

If a supplier is out of stock, we will request an ETA and keep you updated. Manufacturing and logistics delays may occasionally occur beyond our control.

3. Pricing & Errors

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, we reserve the right to correct errors at any time. We are not obligated to fulfil orders placed at an incorrect price due to a system or human error.

4. Warranty

All products sold by Foto Digital World carry the manufacturer's warranty applicable in South Africa. Warranty claims must be directed to the authorised South African distributor or manufacturer. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims where reasonably possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on www.fotodigitalworld.co.za — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Foto Digital World or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Foto Digital World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products purchased through it. This includes, but is not limited to, supplier delays, courier failures, or force majeure events outside our reasonable control.

7. Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
