The Canon RF 400mm f/2.8L IS USM Lens combines a bright f/2.8 maximum aperture with super-telephoto reach for wildlife, sport, aviation and action photography on compatible EOS R-series cameras. Two fluorite elements, one Super UD element and ASC and Super Spectra coatings help control aberrations, flare and ghosting.
A 5.5-stop Optical Image Stabiliser helps counter camera shake, while a dual-powered ring USM drive supports quick, quiet autofocus on compatible bodies. Three manual-focus speeds, full-time manual focus and two focus presets provide precise control when tracking changing subjects. Weighing approximately 2,890g, the lens has dust- and moisture-resistant construction and supports Canon RF 1.4× and 2× extenders for additional reach.
